Are you a dynamic Construction Project Manager ready to make a real impact? Have you been working in utility scale and / or renewable energy construction projects for several years as a Project Manager? Do you have demonstrated experience in Wind Farm construction or heavy civil infrastructure projects? Are you organised and operate with a sense of entrepreneurial ownership? Can you comfortably manage stakeholders and deliver on key performance metrics? Are you comfortable with fixed term contracts and able to deliver OTIB?

We're seeking a pro who can flawlessly deliver projects during the implementation phase on behalf of our project company. You'll lead an exceptional team and skilled contractors, ensuring they stay on track within budget and time constraints. Your eye for detail will ensure technical compliance with approved designs, while your commitment to excellence will enforce adherence to our policies and performance standards covering everything from environmental and social management to quality and safety. **Where you’ll be doing it**

The role will be based in Cape Town or Port Elizabeth with monthly visits to site. You’ll be joining one of South Africa’s leading installers of Wind Energy Technology in South Africa. You’ll be working with a team of like-minded execution orientated professionals with a track record on world class project completion and asset performance.

**What you’ll need**

To be successful in this role, you will required strong leadership and motivation for project success, vast experience in renewable energy project construction (EPC wrap & split-contract) s well an understanding of BBBEE and REIPPPP's and Economic Development Obligations. You would need a Degree in Construction/Engineering, technical knowledge of renewables, successful track record in large projects, FIDIC/NEC training, and contract expertise. Ideally PMP accreditation or SACPCMP registration will be highly beneficial.

From an additional skills point of view, multicultural awareness, independence, high energy, proactiveness, fluency in English (French/Xhosa a plus), entrepreneurship, analytical and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, valid driver's license, and medical fitness are all important to have.
