We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wind Turbine Solution Engineer (Graduate) to join our growing renewable energy team. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate who is eager to apply their technical knowledge to real-world wind energy and energy storage projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Energy Systems Engineering (with Honours or Master's as an added advantage).
  • A good understanding of power systems, renewable energy technologies, and system design principles.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to wind farm design, power generation systems, or energy storage technologies will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in sustainable and clean energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with wind farm solutions, energy storage systems, and resource analysis related to wind energy projects.
  • Strong learning ability and execution skills, with a sense of responsibility, willingness to take on challenges, and a highly self-driven, innovative mindset.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Act as the core bridge between the market and products, being the most knowledgeable about products from the market perspective and the most knowledgeable about the market from the product perspective, while taking responsibility for the success of both the market and products.
  • Conduct market demand and competitive analysis for wind energy and energy storage product lines.
  • Provide product roadmap recommendations to support the platform's short-term, medium-term, and long-term product roadmap planning, and participate in the entire process of wind energy and energy storage product systems and components from conceptual design to detailed design.
  • Exercise overall control over the technical requirements and bidding proposals of wind energy and energy storage product bidding projects and be responsible for the company's order acquisition.
  • Possess both product and market insights, be able to promptly identify potential optimization opportunities in bidding or winning projects, effectively coordinate development and delivery teams to drive the implementation of optimizations and support the gross profit optimization of projects.
