Shelflife Customer Care Agent

Shelflife (a division of the Holdsport Group Pty Ltd.) are looking for a friendly & experienced Customer Care Agent to join our Cape Town head office team - the position is available immediately.
**Key Roles**
- Answering of all incoming calls
- Responding to all website enquiries
- Management of courier delivery service, both local & international
- Management of returns & exchange process from start to finish
- Implementation of order updates including change of address & contact numbers
- Communication to customers regarding order issues
- Daily feedback from courier delivery report
- Daily communication of customer refunds
- Regular review of website back-end for outstanding & problem orders
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year customer care experience, preferably in retail
- Streetwear knowledge advantageous
