**Role Description**

**On-boarding**:
Composing new employee documentation

Explaining documentation to new employee on first date

Ensuring all required and relevant documentation is placed in personnel file

Fingerprint access to building

**Staff Exits**:
Removing building access

**Recruitment**:
Confirming critical positions with DH

Placing vacancy adverts internally and externally

Ensuring all vacancies are advertised internally first

Placing ads on the internal recruitment sources

Liaising with recruitment agents - sending them the relevant specs

Arranging interviews for HRM, LM, DH

Conducting credential and reference checks

**Leave**:
Reviewing registers on Smartsheet and Repwise and ensuring absenteeism is supported by leave forms of the relevant HR software. Following up on outstanding leave forms.

Ensuring leave is in line with legislation

Compiling leave reports

Resolving leave queries

Ensuring all leave documentation is online or in personnel file

**Queries**:
Be the first point of contact for all HR admin-related queries

Resolving all queries timeously.

**General**:
Coordination of year end function and any other related event.

Participating and/or managing related projects, as and when required.

Payroll administration

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**

Matric

Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources

APSO Examination - Advantageous

**Experience**:
**Experience**

Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in a recruitment function

Minimum of 2 years in an administration function (advantageous) Payroll experience essential

Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience essential
