Traderoot is a leading innovator in fintech solutions, is seeking a dynamic Junior Technical Payment Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a meticulous individual with a passion for technology and writing and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

**Primary responsibilities**
- **Documentation and communication**: Craft clear and detailed documentation on product specifications, user guides and internal processes. Utilise strong writing skills to communicate technical information effectively.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring their needs are understood and communicated effectively to the development team. Explain technical details and product choices clearly and concisely.
- **Product Analysis**: Analyse customer needs and match them with existing product features; identify potential new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- **Problem solving**: Actively resolve issues that arise during the integration and implementation phase, providing timely and efficient solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technical teams, including developers and support specialist to ensure that the product aligns with customer expectations and company standards.
- **Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven ability to write technical documents and user guides with clarity and precision.

Strong ability to explain complex technical terms in a simple and understandable manner.
- **Preferred skills and Experience**:
Advanced qualification in Business Analysis or a related field is highly desirable.

Experience in or knowledge of payment solutions and the fintech industry.

Proven track record as a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to different challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
