**Job Description**:

Our Chief Security Office (CSO) prides itself in its unique structure that sees an integration and collaboration model between our Information Risk, Fraud Strategy, Cyber, Resilience, & Cyber Forensics teams to ensure effective risk management across all disciplines.
You will ensure high quality issue management for change and communication processes. This role focuses on the “people side” of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, organisational structures and communication and employee engagement. This role will strive to adopt best practices in Organizational Change and Communication Management and drive effective adoption of changes impacting employees in the CSO so that the desired business results are achieved.
What you’ll get to do
The role is within the Security Education and awareness team in CSO, with you reporting directly into the Senior Manager, Security Education and awareness and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Impact assessment as it relates to people
- Determining the change and communication effort required on projects within the CSO
- Design of Change and Communication Management tactics to include:
- Organizational Change Management Scope
- Organizational Change Management Strategy and Plan
- Sponsor Roadmap
- Stakeholder Management Plan
- Communication Plan
- Training Strategy and Plan
- Coaching Plan
- Change Readiness Assessment
- Support Approach
- Post Project Review
- Develop and agree the scope of the communication’s planning process
- Develop material and content with the assistance of the appropriate specialists
- Incorporate lessons learned from successful change management solutions from other initiatives into change plans
- Lead Requirements planning activities and monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Review engagement and adoption of change initiatives
- Ensure that a feedback mechanism is in place before, during and after the transition is implemented
- Evaluate change initiative through Post Implementation review
- Ensure timely administration in the areas of training and communication
What do you need to get in?
- Commerce or business administration, compulsory
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience
- Workplace coaching Experience, compulsory
- Experience in internal communication and project management of change initiatives or other relevant business experience, compulsory
- Expertise in Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Business
- Expertise in Organizational change and communication management
- Expertise in Stakeholder Management
