Tracker requires the services of a Project Management Specialist to oversee and perform projects related functions in the IT Infrastructure Department.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

**SLA Management**
- o Measure adherence to SLA for internal/external customers.
- o Report to management on adherence to SLA for internal/external customers.
- o Ensure compliance of changes submitted and all registered projects.

**Projects**
- o Oversee the entire IT Infrastructure departmental projects and serve as a point of contact for the department and customers.
- o Ensure project control is adhered to as per the project process & policy.
- o Duties includes coordinating work, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and handling projects budget strategies.
- o Set timeline estimates and ensure the needs of stakeholders are met.
- o Communicate & request approval for emergency changes.
- o Ability to Prepare monthly reports including graphical data.
- o Ability to analyze and assess submitted change requests according to categories and communicate accordingly.
- o Clear communicator (both written and verbal).
- o Be flexible and adaptable in approach to problem solving.
- o Actively encourage strong working relationships with other teams.
- o Actively seeks ways of improving incident management processes.
- o Good self-awareness. Actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge.

**Department Standards**
- o Ensure compliance with project management standards.
- o Investigate new processes and procedures to improve the Project Management process.
- o Continuous improvement on project management best practice.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, Computing, AgilePM 2019 Foundation,PMBOK, PRINCE2 and ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate.
- 3 Years’ Experience as a Project Specialist or 5 Years ‘as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Product specific training and computer proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
