As a Business Change Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and facilitating the change management process within an organization. You will help facilitate conversations between senior leadership, employees and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in order to improve business processes. You will also take part in coaching junior leaders on how best to handle their own roles as well as assist them with the planning of future initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- To drive the change management activities within impacted markets supporting Business/Product owners and the Tech Mod teams in deployment and assisting with developing internal change management capability to support change management more sustainably
- Validating and enhancing the EBS transition change management approach/strategy to support Tech Mod deployment. Operating model changes, new technology skills, and new Agile ways of work
- As-Is, To-Be analysis of operating models, structures, and roles (incl. alignment to Tech Mod implications)
- Stakeholder management and analysis of each of the impacted stakeholders
- Change Impact Assessments of each of the impacted functions/areas
- Identifying and managing the required change interventions per impacted stakeholder group based on the detailed change impact assessments
- Stakeholder engagements
- Leadership Alignment
- Communication plans/deliverables and assessments
- Training interventions
- Conducting business readiness assessments for each of the impacted functions/areas

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Min 5 - 10 years’ specialist experience in change management (that includes Transformation Management, Organizational design/development, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessments, Leadership Development, Training management, Business Readiness and Change Adoption)
- 10-15 years’ business and project implementation experience in technology or transformation programs (incl. change management, org design, project management, and coaching)
- Org design and operating model implementation experience
- Experience in managing an operating model transition and transformational program
- Previous experience/exposure to SAfe Agile methodology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: R300.00 - R600.00 per hour
