If you enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and owning your results, this role is for you. What You’ll DoGrow and Own Your TerritoryAchieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to team success.Execute assigned projects and tasks accurately and on schedule.Drive New BusinessIdentify, prospect, and convert new customers through field visits and solution-based selling.Build Customer LoyaltyMaintain regular engagement with existing customers to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and retain long-term accounts.Lead On-Site Demos & ActivationsDemonstrate LPG appliances and applications, highlight product benefits, and support dealer outlets to boost sales.Plan & Forecast EffectivelyDevelop annual activity plans and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasts aligned to business goals.Deliver Profitable GrowthManage territory expenses responsibly and ensure strong return on investment.Collaborate Across TeamsPartner with Customer Services, Credit, Operations, and your Line Manager to resolve issues, accelerate sales, and maintain healthy accounts.Stay Market-SmartMonitor LPG applications, industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and win in the market.Champion Safety & ComplianceFollow HSSE standards and all company policies and regulatory requirements. What You’ll BringQualificationsGrade 12 requiredDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a Technical field preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong territory management: route planning, prioritization, and activity tracking.Solid technical aptitude for product demos, safety protocols, and explaining LPG solutions.Excellent relationship-building and trust-based selling skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Balanced “hunter” and “farmer” mindset — skilled at acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts.Understanding of credit processes, account management, and margin control.Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (LPG, industrial, or technical sales preferred).Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.Strong time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.CRM experience is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. To Apply:
