We currently have a full-time, permanent employment opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant with the following minimum requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate;
- NQF5 Qualification in office administration or related field;
- Own reliable transport;
- A clear criminal record;
- Be available to work both remotely with a reliable internet connection and from the Osidon office as required.
**Experience**:
- At least three (3) years short term insurance work experience.
- Experience with medical aid administration will be beneficial.
- Previous broker administration experience will be beneficial.
**Skills**:
- Must have excellent English language and communication skills in verbal and written format;
- Be well established with the use of computer office suite programmes and software;
- Have excellent administration skills;
- Have strong interpersonal skills;
- Be reliable;
- Be able to take initiative;
- Professionalism toward clients, colleagues and stakeholders;
- Ability to easily connect and build relationships with people;
- Be a self-driven individual with the ability to work independently;

- You will be responsible for facilitating the administrative processes of short term insurance and medical aids;
- Liaise with clients regarding documents and information required.
- Compliance suppor, including maintaining client engagement records with regards to all compliance requirements.
- Active and accurate client data base management.
- General client base administrative duties.
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to l client queries.
- Adherence to service level agreements (internal and external);
- Ensure that Insurance policies are up to date;
- Claims are processed
- Update existing policies are completed.
- Ensure upgrade and downgrades of medical aids are done; members are removed or added.
- You will form part of a vibrant and energised team who always uses the latest technology and innovation;

Job Offer:
This job is available for a basic salary of R12k - R13k per month + benefits.
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
