Hello, Future Product Specialist
This role is within FNB Connect and Service Provider. We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Product Specialist to join our team.
Are you someone who can:
- Manage costs and expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members.- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects or initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.- Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.- Assist in finding relevant resolutions in response to audit findings from internal or external Audit- Provide guidance with client management and appropriate response to customer enquiries- Initiate and manage product research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.- Assist with the formulation of and/or progress of current campaigns.- Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks in order to expand and strengthen the business' market position.- Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.- Manage own development to increase own competencies.- Minimum qualification: A bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or similar Post Graduate Qualification- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with relevant experience in Value Added Services- At least 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in a product environment will be preferred- Strong written and communication skills
