**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** through cold calling and networking.
- Provide **technical advice and solutions** to clients based on their requirements.
- Conduct **site assessments and accurately interpret building plans**.
- Prepare **estimates, quotations, and pricing calculations**.

- Maintain accurate **sales reports and client records**.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required**
- **Proven sales experience**, preferably in the **Glass, Steel, or Aluminium industry**.
- Strong **technical knowledge** of architectural glass and aluminium products.
- Ability to **read and interpret building plans**.
- Excellent communication and **negotiation skills**.
- Proficiency in **pricing, cost estimation, and quoting**.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
- **Structured and process-driven** approach to sales execution.
- **Customer-focused mindset** with a commitment to service excellence.

**Prerequisites**
- **Bilingual** (Specify preferred languages).
- **Own vehicle** and a valid driver’s license.
