**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Position Summary**_:_
The Operations Coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure that all crews are fully prepared to be able to execute their project efficiently. They will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, equipment, and materials prior to the start of the project. They will also play an important role in jobsite management and ensuring all costs are accounted for on each project. The operations coordinator plays a key role in the success of each project that Double A Landscaping completes.
The Jobsite Coordinator is perfect for someone who enjoys planning and making sure everything is ready to go.. They will play a major role with the overall success of the organization and work closely with the management team in the growth of the company.

- **Performance Objectives**_
- Communicates with the homeowner regarding scheduling and job expectations before the project.
- Conducts project follow up with clients to foster and maintain long term relationships.
- Manages & schedules materials and supplies for projects. Assists Delegating crew members and resources efficiently for projects
- Creating & monitoring crew schedules to effectively complete all projects.
- Monitors crews efficiency, and accountability metrics
- Holds self & team members accountable to company policies and procedures
- Updates and creates procedures and systems to ensure efficiency
- Reporting to management regarding crew performance each week
- Maintains communication between crew and management team
- Inspires and motivates crew members
- Accounts for all expenses relative to each project
- Invoices for each completed project
- **Capabilities/Key Competencies**_
- Able to effectively plan operations in advance to ensure efficiency
- Able to communicate professionally with clients and vendors regarding timing, job processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Landscaping and the processes behind each job
- Demonstrates a great attitude each day
- Punctuality
- Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to track expenses and perform job costing and Data Analysis
- Able to make decisions and plan out routes and schedules accurately
- Fluent with technology & company software
- **Education and Experience**_
- Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in landscaping/construction
- Driver License
- **Physical Requirements**_
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work long physical hours
- Ability to work outside for extended periods of time
