An exciting opportunity exists for a **REGIONAL SALE MANAGER INLAND NORTH **at **Indigo Brands**, Bryanston, Johannesburg. As the successful incumbent, you will be responsible to manage the affairs of the Southern Region ensuring that sales budgets are achieved, and the region runs effectively, and is profitable.

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Achieve regional sales budget
- Lead, organise and motivate a high-performance regional sales team
- Conduct unannounced visits per major retailer per cycle.
- Ensure that store staff are held responsible for complying with store and Indigo Brands standards on our brands
- Deliver permanent merchandising, marketing plans, and visual standards in stores
- Develop strong trade and Indigo Head Office relationships and communicate effectively internally and externally
- Hold monthly meetings with Retailer Regional Managers
- Hold a minimum of a monthly meeting with the Hub
- Issue Contact reports in accordance with the company template and to the correct addressees within 48 hours of contact with the Hub
- Hold monthly meetings with In-Store Marketing Manager
- Participate actively in Sales Team Leader meetings
- Protect the profitability of the region
- Maintain excellent standards of administration and control of the Region
- Ensure that the RTV strike rate is measured and reported

- Analyse sales in order to seek opportunities to enhance and grow sell-through in the Botswana region.
- Hold a minimum of one face-to-face meeting with the service provider
- Present sales information, seasonal launch, and promotional plans with a focus on POS implementation for strategic launches and provide informed and suitable responses to requests for opinion and guidance on offers

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 4 years’ experience within a Cosmetic Retail Department OR Health & Beauty Store Department
- 4 years’ experience within Sales Management in the FMCG / Retail industry
- 2 years’ experience as a Regional Sales Beauty (Cosmetic) Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- 3-year National Diploma or Degree within Marketing, Sales or Cosmetic diploma (Advantageous)

**Additional Requirements**:

- SAP Manager self-service and SAP reporting and BW
- Brand product knowledge
