The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa, and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE). - Registration Support Centre Agents **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Calling leads to book interviews - Call students to apply - calling students to accept their offer letters - Calling approved students to register - Calling students to follow up on documents - Responsible for the "look and feel" of interview rooms and reception **Competencies Required**: - Good interpersonal skills - Must be methodical/systematic - Experience in Word & Excel essential - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner - Superior organisational and administrative skills - Best suited to a service-oriented person - Friendly, presentable, organised and can work under pressure - High Initiative **Minimum Qualification Requirements**: - Matric or Certificate - Diploma preferred **Minimum Work Experience Requirements**: - A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience. - Must be computer literate (Word & Excel) - Previous finance experience will be advantageous **Application Instructions**: - Credit verifications to be conducted for all finance positions **Application Response**: - ** **Technical Support**: **The IIE's Varsity College is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
