This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Advisor, who will be required to travel to schools for marketing and brand promotion of iStudent Academy in the KZN region. The Employee will receive a basic monthly salary, as well as commission on sales. The Employee will be based at our PMB Campus when they are not travelling to exhibit. Employee's main responsibility will be to market and sell the brand of iStudent Academy and our courses to Matriculated students and any other interested clientele, collect a database of interested learners from schools around KZN, and present our offerings in a positive and informative manner. The Employee must work consistently to achieve registration targets – this will be commission driven. Employee will also be required to fulfill general administrative roles of a Student Advisor. This will include data capturing, liaising with schools and clients to make appointments, Open Days, public speaking, documentation delivery to prospective learners and other responsibilities allocated by the Departmental Manager. Key Responsibilities of the PositionSchools / Expos bookingsCalendar management – booking meetings and exhibitions or presentationsAttending schools / expos / presentations and presenting iStudent Academy course offeringCollect data of interested learnersData capturing – Data from expos / schools, marks, attendance etcFollowing up with potential students via CRM DatabaseCRM Database maintenance – calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp communication with students and parent, updating CRM with comment updates etcMaking appointments between students / parents and consultantBookings for workshops and open daysSending interested learners informationGet students to register for our coursesEnsure Registration process is completed correctlyQualifying CriteriaDriver's License essentialFriendly, fun, confident, bubbly personality, not afraid to speak to new people and parents of studentsProfessional communication and language skills – professional email writing skillsExcellent telephonic skillsFully Computer LiterateStrong Organizational skillsDiligent, Fast LearnerStrong admin skillsMarketing Qualification advantageousSales experience advantageous (Promotions etc)Responsible, driven and able to work unsupervisedJob Types : Full-time, PermanentPay : R ,00 - R ,00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
