Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Analyst (Hybrid) to join our team in South Africa. This is a junior-level permanent role with a hybrid work model, ideal for professionals with 3 to 3.5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
**Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration.**

**Solid Business Analysis (BA) skills, including requirement gathering and documentation.**

**Experience with integration testing tools such as Postman and Swagger (ability to test integration services and perform attribute mapping).**

**High-level understanding of integration middleware tools like Jitterbit and MuleSoft.**

**Ability to communicate effectively across teams and collaborate with stakeholders.**

Required Certifications:
**Salesforce Admin Certification**

**Business Analyst Certification (Salesforce or any other relevant BA certification)**

How to Apply:
