This is an opportunity to work with Salesforce’s Tableau/Analytics Solution Engineering team for the EMEA growth region. The role can be based in one of the following locations: Dublin, London, Milan or Madrid. Responsibilities Engage customers and collaborate with account teams to understand how data and analytics can help the customer’s business succeed and transform, and how customers can build a data culture. Demonstrate how Tableau’s platform and Salesforce Analytics solutions help the customer drive value through guided evaluations and tailored platform/solution demonstrations. Conduct workshops for customers to understand the Tableau platform and drive adoption across multiple groups and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them on best practices and informing their data and analytics strategies. Develop and sustain expert‑level knowledge of all aspects of the Tableau Platform, including data integration, data visualisation, analytics, governance, architecture, security and scalability. Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Work closely with product management teams to stay updated on our latest developments and provide field feedback. Create reusable assets that act as a force‑multiplier for the extended teams. Required Qualifications 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in business intelligence, data integration, analytics, data warehouses/lakes, or related technologies. Fluency in both English and French. Solid data and analytics problem‑solving skills. Strong background in at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI, especially machine learning. Working knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks; ML platforms such as Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex; and R and/or Python. Working knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, security protocols, application integration and embedding.
