Zone Fitness is seeking a dynamic, energetic, goal-driven individual with a passion and drive for the fitness industry to fill our vacancy of a Fitness Manager at our Cobble Walk club in Durbanville:
**PERFORMANCE STATEMENT**:
It is the responsibility of the Fitness Manager to assist the club general manager/operations manager with the management of the fitness team, group fitness, fitness equipment and gym facilities in order to ensure that the members are provided with excellent service during their membership at the club.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**2-3 years of proven working experience as a Fitness manager is a requirement**
**An accredited fitness qualification is a must**

Reliable transport

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Clear criminal record

Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image.
Manage & Motivate a Fitness Team
Must be able to cover Group training classes
Manage the Group Training Timetable.
Host & Manage Club Events (Events Calendar)
Friendly, clear and confident communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good Leadership skills
Good listening skills.
Computer literacy.
Cover for the Operations Manager on his/her absence
Perform a manager on duty role
