Zone Fitness (Cobble Walk) is seeking a dynamic, energetic and goal driven individual with a passion and drive for the fitness industry to fill our vacancy of an Membership Accounts Controller. This position reports to the Regional Administration Manager.

**PERFORMANCE STATEMENT**:
The Membership Accounts Controller is responsible for ensuring that all club administration is up to standard within the parameters of Zone Fitness’ policies and procedures. Must be willing to travel between Cape Town from time to time.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12
- At least **1-2**proven admin experience in fitness or related industries
- Computer literate and competent in MS Office
- Accurate numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure
- Good listening skills
- Professional

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Maintain membership database
- Ensure club admin procedures are followed
- Creditors
- General ordering of all stock requirements, while following correct creditors procedure.
- Handling of member Queries
- Accurate and timeous debit order runs
- Provide Accurate and timeous reports
