About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Ipic Active - welcoming new members, showcasing our world-class facilities, and helping individuals and families start their fitness journey. You will play a key role in driving membership growth, managing sales processes, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and existing members.

What You'll Do

Membership Sales & Engagement

  • Achieve individual and club monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and lead generation.
  • Conduct value-driven tours of Ipic Gym and Ipic Play for potential members.
  • Use
    Lilypad
    to manage leads, track conversions, and follow up professionally.
  • Support marketing initiatives to grow and retain the membership base.
  • Create and implement your own sales and marketing strategies aligned with club goals.
  • Provide accurate information regarding membership packages, terms, and gym policies.
  • Maintain disciplined time management, including working flexible hours when needed.

Administrative Excellence

  • Complete membership agreements, changes, and receipts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all required documents are attached and processed correctly via our Gym Operation System.
  • Schedule fitness assessments and onboarding sessions for new members.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and follow all payment procedures.
  • Work closely with the Admin team and other departments to uphold membership protocols.
  • Resolve member queries professionally and efficiently through the member management system.
  • Participate in club and departmental meetings.
