**Job Advert Summary**:
To plan and implement organization’s marketing activities and campaigns and ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent in relevant disciplines and / or a Post Graduate Marketing qualification will be and advantage.
- 4 Years’ experience in corporate marketing including working with advertising agencies.
- 5 years’ experience in formulating and implementing plans and marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
- Computer Literate in major internationally recognised packages
- Exceptional ability to co-ordinate and organise various parts to make whole.

**Primary Duties**:

- Develop and manage all internal marketing campaigns.
- Co-ordinate all the marketing initiatives of the organization
- Research trends and programmes and keep RW brands relevant.
- Carry out all promotional and educational campaigns
- Support the design team by co-ordinating and collating content
- Positioning RW brands to achieve organisations vision
