**Position**:Administrative Assistant
**Introduction**
**Job Specification/responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Payment capturing and perform bookkeeping.
- Distribution of statements to various entities.
- Answering telephones.
- Scheduling meetings.
- General reconciliations.
- Creating invoices.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Ad-hoc reconciliations.
- Should be willing to work out of normal working hours and sometimes over weekends.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least one - four years work experience in a similar role.
- Relevant finance qualification advantageous.
- Matric Certificate
- Bookkeeping essential.
- Pastel or SAP advantageous.
- Must have a good command of Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must have valid driver’s licence and own transport.
