Online Store Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all duties and functions related to running a successful online/retails store.
- Inventory Management: Ensuring products are available for customers.
- Order Processing: Handling customer orders, verifying addresses, and managing shipping logistics.
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring sales data, analyzing trends, and generating reports to inform business decisions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensuring the online store complies with data protection regulations, handling customer information securely, and maintaining website security.
- Financial Management: Tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability, as well as managing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement, staying updated on industry trends, and implementing strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.

**Key Requirements**:
Experience
- Proven experience managing or operating an e-commerce platform.
- Background in retail, sales, or digital marketing is often beneficial.
- Experience with customer service and logistics management.
- Sound business acumen, including the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of an online store

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS (optional but helpful for troubleshooting).
- Experience with inventory and order management systems.

Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Business and Marketing Skills
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer behavior, and online shopping trends.
- Ability to create and manage promotions, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and tracking KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc.).

Qualification:

- Qualification in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
