Online Ads Manager

who knows how to build, run, and optimise paid campaigns that
actually convert

.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across:

  • Google Search, Display & YouTube

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • X (Twitter) Ads

  • Podcast Ads

  • Track performance, analyse results, and report ROI

  • Set up pixels, events, custom audiences, and UTM tracking

  • Prepare ad copy and briefs for creatives

  • Collaborate on landing pages and funnels

  • Manage budgets and bid strategies

  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform policies

Bonus Points For

  • Using GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, or CRM integration tools

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a paid advertising role
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Based in
    East Rand, Johannesburg
  • Own laptop and transport
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and deliver under pressure
