STORE MANAGER – BOKSBURG

School & Leisure is looking for a confident, energetic leader to manage our Boksburg store. If you're passionate about retail, great customer service, and developing a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' retail management experience (schoolwear or fashion retail preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of stock management and merchandising
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Lead, train and develop your team
  • Drive turnover and meet sales targets
  • Manage stock control and visual merchandising
  • Liaise with schools to maintain strong partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards
