We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Manager to join our team. As the Online Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our website. You will play a key role in driving traffic, optimizing user experience, and maximizing online sales/conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency
- Monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, development) to execute online initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online marketing and website management
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT/support teams to resolve them promptly
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to online operations

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with web development languages and platforms (e.g., HTML, WordPress) is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills.
