**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day efficient functioning of the office in the following areas:

- Preparing, submitting, capturing and tracking invoices and payments and other financial information, updating programme expense logs, preparing files for accountant
- Managing multiple calendars, arranging travel and accommodation, workshop venues and room configurations. Preparing all workshop materials. Production of collateral and reports after workshops

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Bookkeeping/Accounting (Preferably Xero)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Additional languages beneficial
- Proven track record in managing multiple tasks to completion and under pressure
- Excellent planning skills
