The main purpose of this position is to act as the primary interface between HR and the business to provide consultative advice to relevant stakeholders and support them in achieving their business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology
- Post Graduate qualification will be an advantage

**Experience**:

- At least 5 - 8 years’ general HR experience as a Human Resource Business Partner in a generalist role.

**Duties**:**

- Administration of various HR processes
- Partner with business to ensure the recruitment and selection of top talent
- Ensure effective onboarding of new employees
- Champion and drive HR initiatives across territories in particular communication with employees and the implementation of organisational changes
- Involved in workforce planning and sourcing of positions.
- Identifying and implementing mobility opportunities across territories
- Facilitate employee development discussions and implementation of IDPs
- Coordinate Employment Equity and Skills Development initiatives
- Support business in resolving performance and other people management issues
- To implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure consistent outcomes and decisions
- Implementation of performance management
- Ensure the availability of appropriate, reliable and reputable HR Information.
- Assist in rollout and implementation of HR initiatives
- Identify and participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives including employee engagement.
- Responsible for recruiting exceptional, world class individuals who will contribute to the growth of our expanding company
- Conducting recruitment briefing meetings with your customer
- Analysing their business needs and translating them into an agreed recruitment approach with the hiring manager, aimed at fulfilling the needs within time and quality constraints.
- Responsible for maintaining preferred supplier list with agencies
- Ensure integrity of HR systems and documents project management (ad hoc)
- Assistance with role of initiatives in the Centre of Expertise

- Solid knowledge of HR related legislation (BCEA, SDA, EEA and LRA) required
- Seasoned interviewer coupled with extensive experience in the professional use of social media/LinkedIn as sourcing channels
- Computer literacy (MS Office and HR systems)
- Experience of formal report writing for different audiences
- Knowledge of organisational development, succession planning, change management, employee relations and talent management
