Human Capital Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling HC (Human Capital) documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, study agreements etc.
- Maintain HC data through a variety of systems to maintain data integrity.
- Update all records and files for audit purposes.
- Develop systems to manage and record all business intelligence within ASI
Human Capital (recruitment, turnover, data analytics, EE, training and development, performance management, promotions, etc.)
- Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities, policies and practices.
- Strategically resource the business through a variety of recruitment methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Creating and implementing the onboarding programme.
- Participation in Conferences and Breakaways.
- Resolution of general employee queries.
- Manage Employee Relations such as poor performance counselling, warning letters, disciplinary hearings.
- WSP, ATR and EE reports administration and submission.
- Talent and succession planning.
- Internal communications, including EVP communication
- OD
- HC Strategy
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
- BBBEE scorecard knowledge is advantageous.
- Network built on LinkedIn to leverage off for recruitment.
- 5 years’ experience
- Working experience with MS Office, including Excel (Intermediate).

- Planning, project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks concurrently making use of systems and processes to manage time and volumes.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a highly demanding fast paced environment.
- Able to work in an environment where not all systems are established. Take ownership to identify gaps and establish protocols and systems.
- Good understanding of HR data analytics.
