As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our clients sales process by contacting leads, primarily through cold calls, to introduce our products or services and assess their interest. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, a resilient attitude, and a proactive approach to engaging potential clients. This is a remote position as the client is based in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to leads, effectively explaining the products or services offered by the company.
- Engage potential clients in conversation to determine their level of interest and suitability for our offerings.
- Answer preliminary questions about the products or services, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns.
- Qualify leads based on their level of interest and readiness to engage further with our sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of NQF4 in real estate.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in real estate or related industries, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling or sales-related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

**Required Personality Type**:

- Outgoing and bubbly personality, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people.
- Comfortable and confident in making cold calls, with a proactive approach to overcoming objections and building rapport.
- Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.

**Hardware Requirements**
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding.

**Working Hours**

**09:00 - 18:00 UK Time**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R20 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
