**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Carrying out intermediate administrative or other tasks assigned by the Senior Management
Manage, devise and control office systems, including all filing and data management
Arrange and prepare all notes; documents and minute taking required for Management meetings
Preparing documents for meetings
Reminding Managers and teams on events, deadlines and availability
Ordering of stationery, office supplies and for events as required (weekly)
Planning and organising meetings, events, conferences, travel arrangements and staff functions, accommodation, expenses and any special requirements
Manage CEO visits to properties - 2 x monthly visits (Unit checks, shopping, flight booking)
Manage and maintain the office and filing system sharepoint and manual
Compiling Board reports and Board packs for HOA
Annual HR compliance checks PPRA and WCA
Capturing Staff leave and monitoring leave days
Manage the receptionist and cleaners
Vehicles Management licensing, maintenance, mileage and damages
Manage the CEOs property co-ordinate weekly cleaning and maintenance, catering, guest access and monthly laundry bullings
Finance Admin assistance
**Requirements**:
PA/Secretarial qualification beneficial
Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality **ESSENTIAL**
3 years experience in a PA/Secretarial role attending to a Finance Manager, CFO or FD - not negotiable as finance experience is required
Typing of at least 40 wpm
Basic Pastel experience
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbally
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Well developed time management skills
Valid drivers licence and car
