- Our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer with talent sourcing experience
If you are a HR Officer who is passionate about HR including sourcing and recruiting top talent as part of your function, look no further.
**As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for**:
Employee Relations management
Labour Relations including handling disciplinary cases, preparation for CCMA cases and representation at CCMA on behalf of the company.
HR system and payroll management
Monthly reporting including stats
Accountable for the full induction and onboarding process
Manage Company Employment Equity
Complete HR tasks on key strategic projects to ensure successful implementation
Skills Development tracking, reporting and co-ordination
Research HR trends and best practice to suggest new HR strategies
**Experience and skills required**:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
Experience in an IT distribution environment will be an advantage
Must understand SA labour and employment law
Strong MS Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to analyze trends and to do intermediate calculations.
Good written and verbal business communication and well presented (corporate wear)
