- Assist Commodity Specialists with daily tasks

**ASSIST HUB & EKUNDU**
- Maintaining claims request for vendor payments

**CONTRACT MANAGEMENT**
- Scan, Load, Contracts & Rate Pages on SL for Procurement Pages

**MDS**
- Mapping and validating suppliers

**NEW SUPPLIER TAKE-ON**
- Searchlight
- Ekundu

**PROCUREMENT PAGES**
- Adding Service for Procurement Pages
- Maintain suppliers to be displayed on Procurement Pages
- Procurement Pages Access Request

**SERVICE DESK - WORK ALLOCATION TOOL**
- Making sure tasks are resolved before it reaches the RED time zone or sending it to relevant support where it should be resolved.

**SUPPLIER MAINTENANCE**
- Activate, Deactivate/Supplier Suspension
- Banking Details upload & Approvals
- Banking Details Validation - Nedbank System
- BEE
- Follow Ups on expired certificates. Collecting and validating existing Service Providers BEE Certificates. Requesting additional documents as proof of Black Ownership. Referring suspicious matters to FCRM
- Change Of Supplier Statuses on Searchlight in accordance with tender’s and contracts
- Document Request, Upload & Linking
- Search Light
- Saving Supplier Documents Both Electronically & Hard Copy Format For Compliance And Verification Purposes
- Validate and Vetting of supplier Documents
- Ad hoc projects on supplier take on and maintenance

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role is essential
- 5 years’ experience with claims, procurement, and/or supply chain management will serve as an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric (NQF 4)
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply chain management is preferred
