Sales Support Consultant

As a Sales Support Consultant you will be reporting into the GM: Broker Partners.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Data Harmonisation and Refinement:

- Meticulously align and cleanse data procured from various brokerage sources.

Data Aggregation and Configuration for Actuarial Pricing Facilitation:

- Seamlessly compile and configure data to facilitate technical actuaries in their pricing endeavors.

Data Synchronisation for Onboarding and Resolution of Broker and New Business Rejections:

- Systematically align data for efficient onboarding processes and vigilantly address rejections originating from both brokerage partners and new business applicants.

Premium Management and Listing Oversight:

- Diligently oversee premium allocation, ensuring that insurance schemes remain current and enabling timely claims disbursement.

Commission Accuracy Oversight and Broker-Operations Premium Allocation Management:

- Prudently manage premium allocation, fostering precision in commission calculations, and ensuring timely compensation to both brokerage partners and operations teams.

Monitoring of Accepted Quotations and Actuary Communication:

- Thoroughly track approved quotations and communicate the status of paid accepted quotations to actuarial professionals, facilitating the efficient management of conversion activities by business consultants.

Monthly Business Unit Reporting on Actuarial and Operations Engagement:

- Prepare a comprehensive monthly report for the business unit, outlining engagements with the actuarial and operations teams. This report should highlight outstanding quotations and pending business transactions.

Compliance-Related Outstanding Matters Oversight:

- Vigilantly follow up on all compliance-related outstanding issues, ensuring their expeditious resolution and closure.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- 5-7 years relevant industry experience
- Experience servicing executives will be beneficial
- Proven administration record
- Secretarial/Administration Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must have own transport
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
