Job Overview
The positions will be based at Overlooked Colliery Blue Mining/Klipstruit project and Botswana Morupule Mine and the incumbents will report to the Field Service Supervisor.

Customer support on all JOY machine related issues.

Drive productivity improvement and quality performance.
Key Job Responsibilities
Job Specification (not totally inclusive)

Customer support on all JOY machine related issues
Attend to maintenance and production activities
Conduct daily pre-maintenance and inspections as per prescribed customer request
Demonstrate operational and maintenance procedures
Conduct investigation of any problem on a machine
Participate in training and development
Gather intelligence on JOY equipment and business activities
Drive productivity improvement and quality performance
Uphold safety standards and good housekeeping

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Skills and experience required

Grade 12 or N3
Qualified Millwright
Flameproof and Gas Testing certificates
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
Must be computer literate
Experience with JOY Products in an underground environment
Knowledge and experience of Fletcher roof bolter equipment.
Minimum of 5-years’ experience on JOY underground equipment (CM’s etc.)
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with maintenance and troubleshooting working on machinery is required
