Ignite Fitness requires the services of a meticulous, well-spoken and customer-centric **Customer Services Agent** to join its current staff complement at the Head Office of the company situated in Durbanville, Cape Town.

We're looking for an individual that possesses:

- An excellent command of both the **English and Afrikaans** language;
- Strong **administrative skills**;
- A flair for communicating with people and strong **interpersonal skills**;
- **Attention to detail and accuracy**;
- **Well-groomed** and presentable;
- A good understanding of **MS Word, Excel and Outlook**;
- A **typing speed** of 60 wpm;
- Experience working on a **switchboard**;
- The ability to **work well under pressure**;
- 3+ Years of experience in **customer services**.
