**Customer Service Agent (Estate Agency)**

**Location: (Remote)**

**Working hours: 9am - 6pm UK time**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated Customer Service

Agents to join our team. In this role, you will answer incoming calls and handle queries

for UK Estate Agents. You will be responsible for taking accurate messages, addressing

customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to UK-based clients on

behalf of the Estate Agents. Estate agency experience is preferred, but a passion for

delivering great service is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers, assisting with queries related to estate
- agency services.
- Take clear and accurate messages, ensuring important details are captured and
- passed on to the relevant team members.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and
- empathy.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing
- helpful information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Work collaboratively with estate agents and other team members to ensure
- smooth communication.
- Manage call volumes efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or a call center role, preferably within
- the estate agency sector.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle a range of
- customer queries professionally.
- Experience with accurately taking messages and conveying information clearly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in an estate agency or real estate-related role.
- Knowledge of UK property markets and estate agency processes.
