Responsibilities Answer helpdesk phone calls Log calls Assign calls Consolidate calls Experience & Education 2-3 years' experience of working on an IT helpdesk, answering phones, logging and reassigning calls and providing 1st line remote support. Skills & Competencies Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Attention to detail, Organized, Friendly / People’s Person, Calm under pressure, Customer focused Knowledge Required.
