We are seeking a Functional Specialist for our client in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Requirements is as follows
- Grade 12

Project Management
- Work closely with Executive management to manage and coordinate their diaries.
- Support Senior management team with CDIO projects.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams within the CDIO and CSB Business community on matters concerning the CDIO office.
- Ensure continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
- Prepare Exco, Manco and Stratco reporting packs for Executive team.
- Produce and maintain Project Schedule and Project plan.
- Manage CDIO issuing of PO’s and tracking expenses.
- Update Project Management tracking tools and monitor project delivery in terms of financial spend and productivity.
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
- Generate applicable Programme and Project reports and dashboards.
- Analyze risk and issues, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure of project is attained.
- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
