**Job responsibilities**
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key accounts.
- Communicating and collaborating with the design, production, procurement, warehouse departments to ensure that key accounts needs are met.
- Addressing and resolving key accounts complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each key account long-term goals.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular feedback.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Key Accounts Analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
