**Minimum Requirements**:

- **2 years** recent retentions management **experience within a** local call centre environment**:

- Ex**c**ellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- ** Grade 12 / Matric**, clear credit and criminal record
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets required
- Must be comfortable working shifts and weekends as required
