**About this role**
As a member of the IT team, you will provide IT Admin/Documentation and End User support. With this in mind, you will make an impact from day one by:

Providing IT Admin*
- Creating SOPs to add to LMS
- Creating good, succinct training material for upskilling staff in the Office 365 stack
- OneDrive
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Outlook

**Providing 1st line end user support**
- Completing assigned helpdesk tickets within the SLA
- Windows
- Hardware

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education Level
- Relevant Computer Science diploma
- It would be advantageous to have the following certifications:

- A+ (Plus) Certification | CompTIA IT Certifications
- Network+ (Plus) Certification | CompTIA IT Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn AZ-900
- Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn MS-900
