Junior Solutions Architect

**About You and the Role**:
In order to achieve our goals of sustainable and scalable growth, we are looking for an intelligent and honourable person to join our Delivery Team with the primary focus of designing practical solutions for our clients’ process automation and system integration problems. This role will report directly to the Founder and CEO and will include developing/innovating system designs, providing instructions to our clients to use systems optimally and collaborating with the Delivery Team to implement client solutions. The main purpose of this job is to design and develop solutions to complex system, integration and process problems.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the client, Business Analysts, Developers, CEO and other Solutions Architects to understand specific system requirements, select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development, implementation or troubleshooting of systems
- Create and deliver instructions for system and solution adoption in live, written and/or video-recording formats
- Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organisational impact of additional work to meet client needs and communicate these with the CEO and/or Business Analyst
- BCom in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Proven knowledge (e.g. certification) of Javascript, Python, SQL and GIT
- 2+ years work experience in a structured development team in a medium to large-sized business
- 2+ years experience in developing back-end code that gets pushed to production

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary: R25,000 - R30,000
