We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Sales Supervisor with excellent communication skills to join our team at IPS Health and Wellness. The ideal applicant must be able to understand the sales plan and explain it clearly to the sales teams. The ideal applicant must also be able to understand the salespeople's needs and communicate those needs to higher management levels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Various administration tasks
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Providing guidance and feedback to the sales team
- Alternative thinking to optimize procedures within the sales department
- Synergizing with the sales team and keeping them motivated
- One-on-one performance and developmental training
- Group Performance training
- Compilation of sales reports
- 3 Year diploma or university degree
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Experience in sales and/or training will be beneficial
- Must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
- Must have excellent admin skills
- Must be able to effectively work within time constraints
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Have a results-oriented approach
