The Demand Content Hub Operations Director, is responsible for facilitating and executing work that supports and optimizes the content lifecycle. As a member of the centralized Demand Content Hub, the manager acts as a liaison linking cross-functional teams to drive strategy alignment, workflow efficiency and content performance. This role will focus on ensuring the efficient cross functional operationalization of the Demand Content Hub. Assignments may include coordinating the cross functional inputs required to establish an aligned content operations roadmap and drive workflow efficiency and content performance; providing project and workflow management; and managing a consolidated calendar or blueprint that schedules and catalogues enterprise-wide content requirements and prioritizes accordingly. This role’s responsibilities also may include content audit and inventory, technology management and use, and measurement and reporting.

- Establish clear principles and evangelize corporate content governance practices to overall content lifecycle management, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation and maintenance
- Ensuring agile evolution/adaptation of the operationalization of the content production process
- Ensuring rigour in our prioritization/engagement & commitments between CoE / Division / Region
- Ultimately ensuring we track and report on our efficiency and operational roadmap
