**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our IT products and services. This role is designed for self-starters who are eager to excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell a range of IT products and services, including fiber Internet, computer hardware and software, IP CCTV solutions, and website hosting and maintenance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for fiber Internet, hardware, and maintenance contracts.
- Articulate complex IT concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies, develop sales processes, and enhance the client experience.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or related industries.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- In-depth product knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help clients find the best IT solutions.
- Team player with a willingness to contribute to the development of sales processes and strategies.
