**General Summary**:
Oversee the stores and dispatch area ensuring that all manufactured items are checked and dispatched promptly and correctly and stock items manufactured or received are booked in timeously. Maintain the accuracy of the stores through regular stock takes.

**DETAILS OF FUNCTION**:

- Processing local purchase orders
- Receiving deliveries
- Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders
- Checking serial number where applicable
- Process GRV on the system
- Organizing stock on shelves
- Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects
- Ensure that returns go back into stock
- Arranging returns to suppliers if and when necessary
- Picking of stock
- Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock
- Assist reps with weight / dimensions for courier purposes
- Prepare IBTS and check stock for courier delivery to the branches
- Assist with capturing MFPs (manufacturing process) if and when necessary
- You may be required to perform other duties that may reasonably be required by management.
- Adhere to ISO standards and Health and Safety regulations, with the ultimate goal of maximizing customer satisfaction

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HARDWARE/LABEL: 1 year (preferred)
