**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Organizing the packaging of products received from production and ensuring integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Ensure that all stock received are captured and safeguarding stock to prevent stock losses. Report all discrepancies.
- Completes a variety of reports and correspondence relating to dispatch/stock activities in a timely manner.
- Manage that stock will be checked for damages and ensure quality control.
- Managing that date stamps/labels are put correctly on each product. Have extensive knowledge of product and pack sizes.
- Minimize variances and proper disposal and proof thereof.
- Perform routine maintenance checks of area and perform clean-up or repair duties when needed.
- Working in compliance with all legal and safety requirements regarding the operations and products received, packed, and dispatched.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with assigned staff, co-workers, supervisors, managers and other departments in the business.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Five years administration, warehousing, stock control experience.
- Computer literate.
- Grade 12.
- Fluent in English.
- Attentail to detail important
- Punctuation with documents, reports and general admin
- Quick response time to management queries

**Salary**: R16,000.00 per month
