**Collections Team Leader (Perm 108 Flexi)**

**A challenging position exists within the TFG Financial Services Contact Centre for a self-motivated and assertive individual to fulfil a Team Leader role, responsible for leading, managing and coaching a team of agents in a fast paced environment.**

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for the team’s success by implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Effective management of individual agents to ensure optimum people productivity by adhering to the relevant people management process (i.e. Employee Relations, Recruitment, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance standards & legislative requirements are adhered to and met against agreed quality benchmarks.
- Consistent focus and improvement on customer services / client service delivery.
- Ensuring that reports are analysed and compiled accurately to provide feedback on individual and overall team performance.
- Completion of administrative tasks timeously and accurately
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 6 Months Team Leader experience in a contact centre (Advantageous)
- Collections experience advantageous
- Previous dialler, credit or retail system knowledge (Advantageous)
- To be computer literate (MS Office & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & interpersonal)
- Problem solving & stress management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical & numerical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team

**Scheduled Working Hours between: 07h00 - 21h00 (Mondays - Fridays) and 07h00 - 15h10 (Saturdays).
